Trade clients receive priority placement on our build slate — essential for projects with firm completion deadlines or client reveal dates. We'll give you a confirmed timeline before anything is agreed.
Physical samples from our full Signature Finishes library, available to send directly to your studio or your client's home. Seven natural species and six curated colored finishes on White Oak — all available to present before any commitment is made.
We don't work from a catalog. If you can draw it, we can build it. Complete customization on dimensions, wood species, finishes, and joinery details — designed to match your mood board exactly.
You work directly with the maker — not a sales representative. Direct communication means faster decisions, fewer errors, and a level of detail that only comes from talking to the person actually building the piece.
We provide periodic progress updates directly from the workbench — photos and notes you can share with your client to keep them connected to the build. A reveal that begins before the piece arrives.

We discuss your project in detail — feasibility, material selection, finish options, and how the piece needs to work within the space. We can arrange sample delivery to your studio or your client's home at this stage.
We provide a full written proposal — dimensions, materials, investment, and a confirmed build timeline. Nothing proceeds without your approval. No surprises on cost or schedule.
Your piece enters the shop. We send progress updates at key milestones — photos and notes you can share directly with your client. You're never left waiting for information.
We coordinate directly with you or your client for delivery and white-glove installation. Freestanding pieces are placed and positioned. Built-ins are installed on-site. We don't leave until it's right.

We provide personal delivery and white-glove installation across the Mid-Atlantic. For commissions outside this zone, we coordinate with trusted white-glove freight partners to ensure the same standard of care on arrival.
Commissions are accepted nationally. Delivery coordination for locations outside the primary zone is arranged case by case.
National commissions accepted — freight delivery coordinated on request.
